Polyglotton is a privacy-first language learning platform. We believe your learning data belongs to you, not us. This policy explains what data we collect and why.

Data We Store Locally

All your learning data is stored only on your device:

• Lessons you've imported or created
• Your progress and spaced repetition data
• Language preferences
• App settings

We do not have access to this data. It never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it.

Advertising & Cookies

To keep Polyglotton free, we display ads powered by Google AdSense. If you consent:

• Google may collect device identifiers and browsing data
• Cookies may be used to personalize ads
• Ad performance data is shared with Google

If you decline cookies, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized and contextual (based on page content only, without tracking or cookies).

AI-Generated Content

Polyglotton uses a "Bring Your Own Model" approach. When you generate lessons using AI services:

• Your prompts are sent directly to the AI provider you've configured
• We do not store or have access to your API keys
• Generated content is stored only on your device
